1. How do I place an order?
We do not have online order supportance, so orders are placed by email or chat tools.
 
1) Please tell me which product do you need and the quantity, and your country.
2) We will offer you good product's price and shipping cost within 12 hours, cause we should have time difference.
If you don't get a reply within 12hours, please check your Spam Folder and use another email to contact us.
Or send message by online chat tools, like whatsapp, facebook, instagram, telegram etc., it can arrived without problems.
3) If you think the price are okay, then you could choose your favorite payment method to make the payment. (we could accept West Union, Moneygram, Bitcoin and Bank Transfer)
4) Your parcel will be packaged and sent out within 12 hours once payment was confirmed.
5) Tracking number and packing picture will be provided within 2 days after parcel sent out.
6) You will get your parcel about 5-12 workdays after you sent payment.
Cause different country have different shipping courier choose, so the delivery time depends on which shipping courier choosed.
   
2. How do you guarantee quality?
We have own HPLC lab and QC worker team. Only 98%min raw pharmaceutical mateirals are used in the production, 
not like cheaper sources use waste chemical materials to reproduce steroids. 
After production, we will use a variety of testing methods, we will only sell products which purity is more than 98%!
(Provide the great quality product is our first principle!)
   
3. How do you pack and ship?
We have experienced and professional saleman, warehouse staff and shipping agent.
Will choose the most suitable discreet method to pack your parcel, it depends on how much quatity you ordered and which country you need to send. 
And for shipping, we send out lots of parcel everyday, and always improve new way to send, most of country we can ensure 95-98% successful rate.
  
4. Do you have reship policy if parcel was seized?
Of course, normally if your parcel was stoped at the customs for 1 week, we will resend the parcel ASAP. 
Brazil takes more days, but we also have reship policy.
For some reasons, if your parcel was returned to us, we will recheck your address and reship to you.
   
5. Do you ship to PO boxes parcel lockers?
Yes, we can! 
But only EMS express can send to PO box address, DHL, Fedex, TNT, UPS express can not send to PO box address.
   
6. What is your payment methods?
Western Union, Money Gram, Bitcoins and Bank Transfer.
Usually western union, money gram takes 30 minutes to 2 hours arrive.
Bitcoins can arrive immediately. 
Bank Transfer takes 1-3 workdays arrive.
  
7. What is the smallest amount of powders that can be ordered ? 
Minimum order quantity: 10g for powders, 50g for liquids.
Maximum order quantity: do not have limit.
  
8. Do you accept sample/test order?
Yes, of course.
Sample order can let you know how we treat client, what the quality of our products are, what the shipping way we use, how can we do shipping successful etc. 
This is the first step in building a good relationship.
    
9. Is there a discount on bulk orders?
Our price is already good, but for bulk orders, we will send some free products depends on order :)
   
10. Where I can check my order status?
Our staff will send you package photo and tracking number after parcel send out.
And when the parcel arrived to the destination, our staff will tell you pay attention to it.
If parcel was undeliveried, you will get another email from our staff.
